T\u00e4ck formen noggrant med aluminiumfolie och knip \u00e5t p\u00e5 sidorna s\u00e5 att formen blir helt luftt\u00e4t. St\u00e4ll in k\u00f6ttet i mitten av ugnen och tillaga i 4 timmar och 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>2. N\u00e4r dessa 4\u00bd timmar g\u00e5tt s\u00e5 tar du bort folien. H\u00f6j upp ugnstemperaturen till 225 grader. S\u00e4tt \u00e4ven p\u00e5 grillfunktionen.
