Men till slut m\u00e5ste vi v\u00e4l.<\/p>\n<p>Idag lagade jag en ny r\u00e4tt, <a href=\"http:\/\/56kilo.se\/2008\/10\/14\/snabba-kyllingen\/\" target=\"_blank\">snabba kyllingen<\/a>. Jag har testat <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lchfrecept.com\/ShowRecepy.aspx?ID=159\" target=\"_blank\">Ooopsies<\/a> (f\u00f6r mycket \u00e4ggsmak) och <a href=\"http:\/\/biaweb.se\/wp\/2009\/06\/18\/fiberhuskbrod-gi\/\" target=\"_blank\">fiberhuskbr\u00f6d<\/a> (dessv\u00e4rre hade det en &#8221;gelig&#8221;, ot\u00e4ck konsistens).<\/p>\n<p>Men nu hittade jag ett recept d\u00e4r jag gillade br\u00f6det. H\u00e4r kommer receptet:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 dl Sempers pofiber (finns i st\u00f6rre matbutiker, titta i glutenfritt-hyllan)<br \/>\n5 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n1 tsk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blanda allt och l\u00e5t sv\u00e4lla n\u00e5gra minuter. Klicka ut ca 6 &#8221;klickar&#8221; p\u00e5 en bakpapperskl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5t. In i ugnen i 200 grader i 15 min.
