Jag sockrar naturligtvis inte filen eller yoghurten. I filen har jag i kanel eller solrosfr\u00f6n. I den turkiska yoghurten har jag i n\u00e5got av f\u00f6ljande: \u00a0hallon, bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, ekologiskt vaniljpulver eller kokosflagor.
