I torsdags var f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen som jag gjorde det.<\/p>\n<p>Ser redan fram emot n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng, tycker att det \u00e4r j\u00e4ttekul! Jag tr\u00e4nar igenom hela kroppen med detta tr\u00e4ningsprogram. V\u00e4rmer f\u00f6rst upp 10 minuter p\u00e5 en roddmaskin, sedan k\u00f6r jag styrketr\u00e4ning ca 40 minuter. Avslutar med ca en kvart p\u00e5 crosstrainern. Jag ska ut\u00f6ka tiden p\u00e5 b\u00e5de rodden och crosstrainern med 5 minuter n\u00e4sta vecka.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 m\u00e5ndag ska jag g\u00e5 p\u00e5 min f\u00f6rsta grupptr\u00e4ning, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Aq95soejOVw\" target=\"_blank\">Bodyvive<\/a>.
