Det \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r mitt v\u00e4lbefinnande. Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven viktigt med tanke p\u00e5 mitt jobb. Jag har ett mycket fysiskt jobb (st\u00e4dar hotellrum). F\u00f6r att orka med det kr\u00e4vs att jag tr\u00e4nar.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rs\u00f6ker tr\u00e4na 4-5 g\u00e5nger i veckan.
