Vanlig till resten av familjen. Det receptet tar jag fr\u00e5n Rutiga Kokboken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Onsdag:<\/strong> <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tasteline.com\/Recept\/minestronesoppa__\" target=\"_blank\">Minestronesoppa<\/a><\/em>. Jag g\u00f6r alltid 1,5 sats soppa. Jag utesluter palsternacka och basilika. Jag l\u00e4gger till ca 400-500 gram stekt k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs i soppan. Har i extra mor\u00f6tter f\u00f6r att soppan ska bli matigare f\u00f6r min del eftersom jag inte \u00e4ter pastan. Pastan (pastasn\u00e4ckor) \u00a0kokar jag f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt i en gryta vid sidan om, sedan f\u00e5r alla sj\u00e4lva v\u00e4lja hur mycket\/lite pasta de vill ha i sin soppa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Torsdag:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/ulliso.se\/blog\/?p=915\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Annas enkla kycklingr\u00e4tt<\/em><\/a>. Detta receptet hittade jag p\u00e5 <a href=\"http:\/\/annalundberg.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Annas<\/a> blogg f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan. Det \u00e4r mycket gott. Till oss fem har jag i 3-4 burkar creme fraiche, 2 r\u00f6dl\u00f6kar och ca 10-15 tomater. Ig\u00e5r hade jag bara 3 burkar creme fraiche, s\u00e5 jag hade i lite vispgr\u00e4dde (ca 1\/2 dl) ocks\u00e5. Det blev bra. De andra i familjen fick ris till detta, jag \u00e5t broccoli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fredag:<\/strong> <em>Hasselbackspotatis, fl\u00e4skfile, beas\u00e5s och hemmagjord tzatziki<\/em>. Jag g\u00f6r potatisen i ugnen, 225 grader, i ca 1 timme. \u00d6ser dem mellan varven med sm\u00f6r. P\u00e5 hasselbackspotatisen har jag salt, vitpeppar och grillkrydda. Fl\u00e4skfilen kryddar jag med malen svartpeppar, salt och chili explosion. Beas\u00e5sen \u00e4r p\u00e5ss\u00e5s fr\u00e5n Bl\u00e5 Band. Det <em>m\u00e5ste<\/em> vara Bl\u00e5 Bands, inte Knorrs och inte heller kall beas\u00e5s p\u00e5 flaska.<\/p>\n<p>Idag har jag dessutom bakat <strong>fr\u00f6kn\u00e4cke<\/strong>. Dessa blev j\u00e4ttegoda. Hade dock inga pumpafr\u00f6n hemma s\u00e5 jag tog lite mer av de andra fr\u00f6erna ist\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Receptet p\u00e5 fr\u00f6kn\u00e4cke:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Till en pl\u00e5t beh\u00f6vs:<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 dl mandelmj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 dl solrosfr\u00f6n<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 dl sesamfr\u00f6n<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 dl pumpafr\u00f6n<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 dl linfr\u00f6n<\/p>\n<p>1 msk fiberhusk<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsk salt<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl rapsolja<\/p>\n<p>2 dl kokande vatten<\/p>\n<p>Blanda alla torra ingredienser och r\u00f6r om ordentligt. Tills\u00e4tt oljan och det kokande vattnet. R\u00f6r om ordentligt tills det blir en gel\u00e9aktig smet. Kavla ut degen mellan tv\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper s\u00e5 det t\u00e4cker en pl\u00e5t. Dra bort det \u00f6vre pappret, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite flingsalt (om man vill) och gr\u00e4dda i 160 grader ca 60-70 minuter.
