Och eftersom jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker undvika <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wwf.se\/vrt-arbete\/ekologiska-fotavtryck\/1127730-palmolja\" target=\"_blank\">ot\u00e4ck palmolja<\/a> i m\u00f6jligaste m\u00e5n s\u00e5 valde jag att g\u00f6ra egen pepparkaksdeg. Det tog inte alls l\u00e5ng tid att fixa ihop degen, det tog max 10 minuter.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ulliso.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/IMG_9129.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5421\" alt=\"IMG_9129\" src=\"https:\/\/ulliso.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/IMG_9129-300x277.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ulliso.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/IMG_9129-300x277.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ulliso.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/IMG_9129.jpg 850w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept pepparkakor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1, 5 dl vatten<br \/>\n4 dl str\u00f6socker (jag hade ekologiskt str\u00f6socker)<br \/>\n1 dl ljus sirap<br \/>\n300 gram Arlas \u00e4kta <strong>SM\u00d6R<\/strong><br \/>\n1 msk malda nejlikor<br \/>\n1 msk kanel<br \/>\n1 msk ingef\u00e4ra<br \/>\n2 tsk bikarbonat<br \/>\n700-750 gram vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Koka upp vatten och socker.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ta av grytan fr\u00e5n plattan. Tills\u00e4tt sirap, sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r, nejlikor, kanel och ingef\u00e4ra till det varma sockervattnet. R\u00f6r till en j\u00e4mn smet.<\/p>\n<p>3. Blanda bikarbonat med mj\u00f6let.<\/p>\n<p>4. R\u00f6r d\u00e4refter ner mj\u00f6lblandningen. Degen ska vara l\u00f6s, den h\u00e5rdnar n\u00e4r den kallnat.<\/p>\n<p>5. T\u00e4ck degen med plastfolie och l\u00e5t den st\u00e5 i kylen ca. ett dygn.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Dagen efter: <\/em><\/p>\n<p>1. V\u00e4rm ugnen till 225\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>2. Kavla ut degen tunt p\u00e5 l\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lat bakbord. Ta ut kakorna med m\u00e5tt och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/p>\n<p>3. Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen ca 5 minuter. L\u00e5t kakorna svalna p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten och lossa med en stekspade.
