Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull och l\u00e5t det svalna. Vispa \u00e4gg och socker p\u00f6sigt.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00f6t saffran med en sockerbit och tills\u00e4tt det till de vispade \u00e4ggen tillsammans med det sm\u00e4lta sm\u00f6ret och mj\u00f6lken. Blanda mj\u00f6let med bakpulvret och r\u00f6r ner i smeten.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i smord form i nedre delen av ugnen i 45 minuter.
