Br\u00f6det\u00a0var verkligen j\u00e4ttegott!<br \/>\nSen kokta \u00e4gg, fulla med farligt kolesterol (eller inte!), fr\u00f6kn\u00e4cke, kokt medvurst samt ost i m\u00e4ngder. Till det hade jag fet och god KRAV-m\u00e4rkt fj\u00e4llfil med kanel p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Detta ovan var min middag. Jag och tjejerna \u00e5t n\u00e4mligen lunch p\u00e5 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rodalyktan.nu\/\">R\u00f6da Lyktan<\/a> i Sm\u00e5staden. D\u00e4r tog jag deras underbara ceasarsallad med kyckling och bacon. Jag valde som vanligt bort krutongerna.\u00a0Jag h\u00f6ll mig m\u00e4tt i ca 7 timmar p\u00e5 salladen. Och d\u00e5 har jag \u00e4ven varit ute och g\u00e5tt en runda p\u00e5 30 minuter vid 16-tiden idag.<\/p>\n<p>Morgonen idag b\u00f6rjade med\u00a0ett bes\u00f6k p\u00e5 Sunderby sjukhus. Ida skulle g\u00f6ra en k\u00e4kr\u00f6ntgen strax efter kl. 9 p\u00e5 morgonen. Det bes\u00f6ket tog inte l\u00e5ng tid. Vi \u00e5kte inom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ica.se\/butiker\/maxi\/lulea\/maxi-ica-stormarknad-lulea-11650\/start\/\">Ica Maxi i Lule\u00e5<\/a> p\u00e5 v\u00e4gen hem.
