Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker till 95% h\u00e5lla mig p\u00e5 det. Jag har \u00e4tit annat totalt 4 ggr. Det var kyckling med ris samt en glutenfri pizza p\u00e5 en pizzeria, tacof\u00e4rs med ris samt potatisgrat\u00e4ng h\u00e4r hemma. I \u00f6vrigt inget on\u00f6digt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4ter INGET godis, ingen som helst fika, ingen s\u00f6t dricka s\u00e5som juice, l\u00e4sk (inte ens med s\u00f6tningsmedel i, urk!). Jag har sockerstopp. Jag dricker enbart svart kaffe och vatten. Dricker ingen alkohol och har inte gjort s\u00e5 p\u00e5 l\u00e4\u00e4\u00e4nge. K\u00e4nner mig ren och fr\u00e4sch i kroppen n\u00e4r jag inte dricker alkohol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>(Familjen f\u00e5r f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt otroligt s\u00e4llan s\u00f6tad dryck h\u00e4r hemma som t.ex. till frukost. Juice och O\u00b4boy k\u00f6per jag aldrig (men det h\u00e4nder dock att barnen k\u00f6per det sj\u00e4lva f\u00f6r sina egna pengar). Jag ser det som att dricka flytande godis. L\u00e4sk f\u00e5r de bara till helgen. Vatten serveras till alla m\u00e5ltider h\u00e4r hemma).&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jag <strong>\u00e4lskar<\/strong>&nbsp;LCHF. Det \u00e4r gott och m\u00e4ttande plus att det \u00e4r s\u00e5 enkelt att kombinera med \u00f6vriga familjens mat samt med m\u00e5ltiderna p\u00e5 jobbet. Jag v\u00e4ljer bara bort potatis, ris och pasta. L\u00e4gger till gr\u00f6nsaker ist\u00e4llet.
