Tina fisken s\u00e5 mycket att den g\u00e5r att sk\u00e4ra i t\u00e4rningar.<br \/>\n2. Fr\u00e4s samman mj\u00f6l och margarin.<br \/>\n3. H\u00e4ll i tomatkrossen och l\u00e5t koka upp.<br \/>\n4. Tills\u00e4tt fisken, buljongt\u00e4rningen, paprika och vatten.<br \/>\n5. L\u00e5t sjuda i ca 10 minuter, sp\u00e4 med mera vatten om s\u00e5 beh\u00f6vs.<br \/>\n6. Blanda till sist i dill och persilja och l\u00e5t det bli genomvarmt.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med potatis.
